I earned my masters’ degree in social work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work with a concentration in school social work, and have worked as a licensed clinical social worker in residential, school, and non-profit settings for the past 11 years.

I absolutely love getting to know and working alongside youth, and believe each child has so much strength, resiliency, and potential already within them.  Through all my experiences, past and present, I can support children/adolescents in the following areas: emotion regulation, interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution, grief and trauma, executive functioning, mood and anxiety disorders, and more. I use and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing among other strength-based approaches with my clients.

In my free time, I love running, hiking, and traveling to new places(mostly internationally!).
