We are only in network with BCBS PPO plans.  We are in network with some Blue Choice Option and Blue Choice Select plans as long as they are also a PPO plan.  We can bill with some other plans including Aetna, Beacon, Cigna, Compsych, Humana, Magellan, Meridian, Optum, and Value Options, but we would be out of network and you would be responsible for differences between what is covered by your plan and our out of network rates.  We cannot bill with any HMO, Community Health, Medicare or Medicaid, or United Healthcare Plans.  Please reach out to [email protected].com for more information.  Our rates for therapy are outlined below –
