I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University. Throughout my clinical training and experiences, I have had the pleasure of providing psychotherapy and psychological testing services within community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, outpatient group practices, and therapeutic day school settings. Within these organizations, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on children and adolescents to young adults. I have assisted clients experiencing a multitude of concerns, including: mild to severe mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, relationship and behavioral concerns, self-esteem, trauma, and personality disorders.

I strive to create a warm and accepting environment where clients can safely explore challenges they encounter while identifying strengths that they can rely on. My approach to therapy is collaborative, working together to bring awareness to patterns of thoughts and behaviors that have developed over time, as well as jointly establishing and achieving goals. I utilize an integrative approach to health and wellness, pulling from evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Strength-Based Approaches, tailored to the individual based on their specific concerns, background, and worldview. Additionally, I enjoy bringing humor into sessions to not only build therapeutic rapport, but assist in perspective-taking, navigating challenges, and empowerment.

Outside of work, I can be found attempting to cook new cuisine I have seen on MasterChef, playing with my dog, Reese, and turtle, Frankie, or spending time with my husband and friends. I also have a strong love for self-expression through make-up and could talk about my lipstick collection any time!
