Please note that all clinicians are in network with BCBS PPO plans, as well as with some Blue Choice Option and Blue Choice Select plans as long as they are also a PPO plan. Some clinicians are also considered in network with Aetna, Optum, United Health Care, and Medicare Traditional Plans. We can bill as out of network providers with some other plans including Beacon, Cigna, Compsych, Humana, Magellan, Meridian, and Value Options, but as we would be considered out of network, you would be responsible for a higher portion of the fees than if you were to see an in network provider. We cannot bill with any HMO, Community Health, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Commercial plans or Medicaid. Please reach out to admin@mqatherapy.com for more information.
