My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for individuals to feel empowered and improve their quality of life. I take a collaborative therapeutic approach to explore emotions and provide skills-based tools in a nurturing environment. My work prioritizes building a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, acceptance, and authenticity.

I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Midwestern University. My clinical experience includes providing psychotherapy and psychological testing across a variety of settings. I have worked closely with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including mood, anxiety, and developmental disorders, as well as ADHD, OCD, trauma, family stress, and school avoidance. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based and skills-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), SPACE, and Executive Functioning Training.

I am committed to providing an affirming and safe environment for members of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with intersecting identities, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds. I support clients in exploring how identity, culture, and lived experience shape their relationships. I also strive to use this awareness to advocate for and educate on important issues related to sexuality, gender, and racial injustice within and beyond our communities. I bring openness, flexibility, and strong professional integrity to my work with clients.

In my free time, I enjoy spontaneous adventures with my husband and our dog.
