I earned my master’s degree and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern
University. Throughout my years of clinical practice working with many different types of people in many different types of life circumstances, I have found that all of our unique situations sit on foundational, universal experiences. While I may not know exactly what you are going through, I will work with you to explore the deeper emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that make up your life. Whatever you need to bring to therapy, I can help you hold and unpack.

I value creating a strong, trusting relationship which allows my clients to feel comfortable talking about anything and everything. I love walking with people as they learn more about themselves. I use internal family systems, feminist theory, person-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, and other techniques to tailor therapy to my clients’ unique goals and personalities. In my experience with the LGBTQ+ community, integrating faith and spirituality into therapy, adolescents and young adults, and couples, I have worked with a diverse range of concerns and topics, including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, OCD, gender and sexuality exploration, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. I have a special interest in the relationship between sexual and mental health and hope to become a sex therapist and educator someday!

When I am not in therapy, you can find me knitting, spending time with my loved ones, and reading anything I can get my hands on. I would love to hear your book recommendations and offer you my own!
