I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from UIC’s Jane Addams College of Social Work. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan in both community mental health and outpatient therapeutic settings.
Starting therapy can feel scary, and I am committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and affirming space for all. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I often include creative arts, games, play, humor, and movement in session.
I enjoy working with individuals experiencing challenges with anxiety, executive functioning, perfectionism, OCD and phobias. I am experienced in working with neurodiverse individuals and creating a neurodivergent friendly environment that considers each person’s needs in session.
Outside of therapy, you can find me trying out new crafts, petting dogs, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with loved ones.
