I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California in 2016. Since then, I have worked across multiple settings, including behavioral health hospitals, schools, and private practice. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, trauma, and life transitions.
I am especially passionate about working with clients who have experienced trauma, as I believe our behaviors and emotional responses often tell a deeper story. I primarily utilize a psychodynamic approach, helping clients explore how early life experiences, unconscious patterns, inner conflicts, and relationships may influence their current emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to gain insight, build self-awareness, and work toward meaningful healing and growth.
In addition to my clinical work, I value authenticity, connection, and community. I strive to bring warmth, empathy, and genuineness into my work with clients while fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and understanding.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, dancing, running, spending time with friends and family, and giving back through volunteering whenever possible. As a naturally outgoing and social person, I value meaningful connections and enjoy engaging with people from all walks of life.
