Please note that, in order to comply with HIPAA regulations, our emails have an extra layer of encryption. This means that they often get sorted into clients’ spam folders! If you have not received a response to your inquiry within 24 hours on our working days (M – Th), please check your spam folder for an email from admin@mqatherapy.com to be sure you haven’t missed an email.
Please be aware that the information exchanged between you and the clinician during the introductory consult is for educational and informational purposes only, in order to provide information about available therapeutic services. The introductory consult is not intended to provide mental health treatment and does not constitute a client/therapist relationship, which will be established if and when you have scheduled and completed an official intake appointment, and signed a treatment consent form, following the initial consultation.
