As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I collaborate with clients to make changes they
want to see in their lives or to help them accept aspects of their lives with which they are
struggling. I see people of all ages as experts on their own experience and therapy as a
vehicle for emotional regulation, growth, and empowerment. I pull from many modalities when assisting clients depending on their needs, including Narrative therapy and
Adlerian therapy, all through a multicultural lens.

I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adler University in 2023, after seven years of community organizing on behalf of and alongside people with disabilities. This experience and my own lived experience as a disabled woman greatly influence my client-centered approach to therapy. I believe that we all can thrive when our needs are appropriately addressed. This requires us to recognize our own gifts, and the gifts of those around us.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, watching TV, hanging out with friends and my cat, Jasper.
