I received my master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Trauma and Mental Health from the University of Denver in June of 2024 and have been working as a licensed social worker. I have a passion for working with youth and families in the community. My experience encompasses working with children and teens in school and residential settings, to families and youth in individual and group therapeutic settings.

My approach is rooted in person-centered interventions, all while incorporating a family systems lens and cultural humility. I am eager and dedicated to working with individuals and groups by creating a safe environment that allows for vulnerability and exploration. With having a 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT) certification, therapy session are not limited to verbal processing. I prioritize a holistic approach by using creative modalities like play, art, breath work, movement, and more. My clinical scope includes working with chosen families and biological family systems
that want to ignite healing. I also specialize in working with children needing support in managing symptoms of ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, grief, struggles with relationships, or any undesirable behaviors. I believe in empowering individuals and families to be the driver of the change they want to see and meeting those where they are at.

Outside of sessions, I practice yoga, love being with my dog Èze, reading, being outside, and connecting with family and friends.
