I am a licensed social worker and trauma-informed psychotherapist. I earned my Master of Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work, and my clinical work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and respect for each client’s lived experience.
I offer a therapeutic space where safety, authenticity, and meaningful connection come first.
Guided by warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, I support clients in a healing process that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. With a background in Cultural Anthropology, I bring a culturally informed lens to therapy, helping clients explore how family systems, social context, and life experiences shape their inner worlds and relationships.
My approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), feminist-informed perspectives, and practices rooted in acceptance and self-compassion. I also incorporate body-based and creative modalities such as mindfulness, breathwork, ecotherapy, and expressive arts to support integrated, embodied healing.
I’ve worked across the lifespan with individuals navigating trauma, sexual assault recovery, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I bring particular care to my work with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, survivors, and those seeking an affirming and inclusive therapy space. In addition to individual therapy, I value group work and believe in the healing potential of connection and shared experience.
In my free time I enjoy art, music, travel and nature!
