My name is Emir Bailey, and I am a counselor dedicated to supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate emotional challenges, identity development, and life transitions. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans and have experience providing individual counseling in both in-person and telehealth settings.

I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and able to show up as their full selves without judgment. My work focuses on helping individuals better understand their thoughts and emotions, explore their experiences, and improve their relationships. I take a structured yet flexible approach, supporting clients in making sense of what they’re going through while developing greater self-awareness and clarity.

I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults navigating identity-related concerns, life transitions, family conflict, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and support individuals and couples in building confidence, deepening self-understanding, and strengthening their relationships with themselves and each other.

In my free time, I enjoy watching anime and movies, traveling, and attending concerts.
