I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Arkansas State University. I bring clinical experience working with children and teens across a range of settings, where I have supported youth experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, emotional dysregulation, and challenges related to peer relationships and self-esteem. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where individuals are able to express themselves openly and build meaningful skills for life.

My therapeutic approach is both warm and evidence-based. I integrate developmentally appropriate interventions, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, strengths-based practice, and trauma-informed care. I believe in meeting each individual where they are, tailoring interventions to their unique needs.
