"I help individuals and their families discover diagnoses through psychological assessment and understand, cope with, and thrive amid their current obstacles. I am devoted to building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, integrating different care disciplines when needed, and working as a team to create the highest possible care for every client at MQA."

I graduated from Boston University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I am continuing my education currently at The Chicago School pursuing a PsyD. Between graduating and beginning the PsyD program, I spent two years as a clinical research coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Neuro-Oncology Cancer Center Protocol Office. I worked with patients on clinical trials for brain tumors. In my role as a clinical research coordinator, I built and maintained relationships with patients and their families. I comforted them and ensured they received care in all necessary areas during their clinical trial processes. Throughout my time at Massachusetts General Hospital, I saw the importance of integrative care in all aspects of healthcare for cancer patients and their caregivers. Moreover, I have been involved in neuropsychiatric testing at the University of Illinois Chicago as well as providing educational programming to young children when I lived in Tel Aviv, Israel.

In my academic setting over the past year, I have discovered that my areas of special interest are family and couples therapy, women’s issues, sexuality, life transitions, and grief and loss after death, specifically for the deceased’s caregiver. In addition, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all treatment for all individuals, so I strive to have a diverse approach to every client’s care. My philosophy is to offer the most comprehensive care in every aspect of a client’s life.

Outside of school and MQA, I love to take walks on the river and lake, watch movies (especially superhero movies), do yoga, and spend time with my family and friends. My family lives in the North Chicago area, so I spend quite a bit of time on the train traveling back and forth between the city and suburbs. I also love listening to new music and am always open to recommendations!
