I earned my Masters of Social Work degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago with a specialization in Children and Families. I have worked with individuals from six months to ninety-eight years old, couples, and groups of individuals to support them in their life changes and help them address their needs through a client-focused, strengths-based model.
My approach to therapy relies on the ability to create safety and developing a strong therapeutic relationship with you. I view our relationship as the vehicle for change that you are looking for. I want to work to meet you where you are at, so that you feel understood and heard in your experience.
My areas of expertise include individuals and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem issues, stage of life/transition issues, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I also have a particular interest in working with neurodiverse individuals. I address these areas with an eclectic approach tailored to your needs.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, hiking, camping, and spending time with my family, friends, and cat named Charlie!
