I am currently pursuing my doctoral degree in clinical psychology at The Chicago School. In my clinical training, I have enjoyed working with both children and adults, treating a wide range of concerns.
I utilize an integrative model with strong foundations in cognitive behavioral therapy and humanistic theory. When working with my clients, I use a strengths-based approach, focusing on each client’s unique strengths and adding tools to strengthen and empower them. I utilize other evidence-based treatments, such as DBT, to help empower my clients. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, providing a warm and empathic environment for them to share what is on their minds.
