I graduated in 2020 with my Master of Social Work degree from Aurora University. For the past five years, I have been focusing on the areas of behavioral health and co-occurring disorders in the healthcare system.
I enjoy working with children/adolescents, adults, and families that may be experiencing depression, anxiety, stress from life-changing events, relationship issues, and poor self-esteem. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals that have been involved with domestic violence (as either a victim or a witness).
I know beginning therapy can be difficult and scary! I am here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and build tools to help you feel more in control of your life. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your needs – while blending evidence-based techniques with real, honest conversation. I want you to feel seen and heard; as we work collaboratively on working through the initial issue that caused you to begin therapy.
When I am not at work, I enjoy cooking, listening to music, exploring the city with my children, working out at the gym, swimming, and trying new restaurants.
