I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is dedicated to empowering individuals to discover and utilize the tools necessary to guide them along their journey toward self actualization. As clients are the expert of their own life narratives, I view my role as that of a collaborator in my work with them. When partnering with me, clients can expect a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment conducive to healing and self-exploration.

My approach to counseling is holistic and based on individual needs. Building a therapeutic alliance is at the cornerstone of my work with clients. I find evidence-based interventions (including cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and person-centered therapies) beneficial for clients addressing issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships. Additional areas of interest include trauma, attachment, and LGBTQ+ support.

In my free time, I enjoy quality moments with my husband and little ones. I love to travel to destinations with beautiful beaches and palm trees. I am a total foodie and you can often find me trying out new restaurants across a variety of cuisines.
